Beth Williams-Holley, CEO-Owner
Founded in 1987 by husband and wife team Beth and Ernest Williams, Ernest Homes LLC has quickly grown into one of Coastal Georgia’s leading new home builders. Still family-owned and operated, the company now builds more than 100 semi-custom single-family homes annually and develops lifestyle communities throughout the Savannah and Richmond Hill regions.
As Chief Executive Officer of Ernest Homes, Beth Williams-Holley takes great pride in managing the company’s day-to-day business and customer service operations. She developed and spearheads the company’s philosophy that the homebuilding business is first and foremost about people. So every member of the Ernest team strives to provide unsurpassed customer service, treating each and every new homebuyer like a member of the Ernest Homes’ family. Beth also practices and rewards active community and industry service within the company to continually improve the homebuilding process and achieve customer service goals. In both 2002 and 2003, Ernest Homes earned the prestigious distinction as on of the “Best 101 Builders in the Nation to Work For,” an honor Ernest Homes’ employees confirm is well deserved. Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with minors in Mathematics and Psychology from Armstrong Atlantic University. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University in the Master of Arts in Human Relations program. She served as Trustee of her Builder Twenty Group and the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). She was honored in January 2005 to accept an appointment from David Wilson to serve as chairperson of the National Sales and Marketing Council and a member of the National Association of Home Builders Executive Board of Directors. One of Beth’s primary goals as the NSMC chairperson was to pursue better Builder-REALTOR® relations through education and teamwork. On a local level, Beth was the founding President of the Bryan County Chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. She has served on the executive board of the HBA of Greater Savannah and was the founding co-chair of the association’s Sales and Marketing Council. As an advocate of education Beth believes that we should continually strive for more knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the homebuilding industry. To achieve this goal, she formed the Education Committee of the HBA of Greater Savannah in 2004, and served as chairperson for that committee. Beth is also a licensed REALTOR® and member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. On a personal level, she is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill. She recently married Gary Holley of Savannah, after the passing of her long time husband and business partner, Ernest Williams. She has three children: Christopher, 16, and two daughters, Jessica King and Stephanie Carter, both who have been involved in the business operations of Ernest Homes. She is also a proud grandmother of three grandchildren: Alyssa Carter, Haiden Carter and Sierra Miles.

Jessica Miles, Vice President of Operations
Jessica has been employed with Ernest Homes since 1992. She is the eldest, Daughter of Ernest and Beth Williams. Jessica began her career at Ernest Homes as an administrative assistant. She has worked in the accounting, purchasing, estimating, and sales departments. She is currently the Vice President of Operations for Ernest Homes overseeing the estimating department and the operations of the company. She assists in the Management of the business as needed. Jessica is a licensed realtor with Liz & Associates. She is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Richmond Hill Home Builders Association, and is currently enrolled in the Institute of Residential Marketing for the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association.  Jessica maintains a healthy balance between her position at Ernest Homes and spending time with her daughter Sierra and other family members. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill.  When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter and reading.

Jeff Kramer, Vice President of Construction
Jeff rejoined Ernest Homes in 2000. As Vice President of Construction, he oversees every phase of the home building process. Daily, he coordinates and manages the sales, design services, customer care, and warranty departments with the construction department. Jeff worked as an Estimator/Purchaser for Ernest while attending Georgia Southern University. He graduated "cum laude" with a BS in the Construction Management program. Upon graduation, Jeff and his family moved to Charleston, SC where he accepted a position as Field Manager with a National Builder. While in Charleston, he built in four different communities over the course of about three years. He was then transferred to their Hilton Head Division and built on a golf course community in Bluffton, SC. Jeff is currently studying to receive his Masters of Business Administration Degree at Georgia Southern University. In addition to his daily responsibilities as Vice President of Construction, Jeff is currently designing and implementing the company's new fully integrated software system, which will manage every aspect of the business. Jeff is a former Professional Baseball Player for the Milwaukee Brewers Organization. He pitched for three years with their Minor League teams in Montana, California, and then in Texas. He now lives in Rincon, Georgia with his wife Mieke, their three daughters Jillia, Alena, and McKaela.

Sherry Murat, Director of Sales & Marketing
Sherry has ten years of experience in New Home Sales & Marketing Management, having received the highly coveted designation of Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) in 2005. As a member of our local Homebuilders Association and the Sales and Marketing Council, she has served on numerous committees and boards within the homebuilding industry. Sherry has received specialized training in new home sales and marketing management from such gurus as Bob Schultz, Myers Barnes, and others involved in the National Association of Homebuilders Institute of Residential Marketing. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Sherry enjoys sharing our beautiful city and communities with our buyers. She strongly believes in the American Dream, home ownership, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their dream. Sherry is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors.Sherry is married to John Murat and together they have six children and seven grandchildren. When she is not working, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travel.

Steve Miller, New Homes Sales Consultant
Steve Miller, New Home Sales Consultant joined Ernest Homes in 2007. Married father of three daughters, Steve is a retired Firefighter, paramedic, and Police Officer from Ohio. He also retired as Assistant Fire Chief for the City of Savannah. He is an educator who instructed Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical, and Firefighter training for vocational schools, colleges. Steve also instructed for Ohio State and Georgia State Fire Academies and The National Fire Training Academy. Steve is a Licensed Georgia Real estate agent and REALTOR, having obtained his license in March of 2007. Steve has attended numerous sales training courses and he brings an array of talents to our team.
