You could win a $10,000 yearend bonus
in the Color of Money REALTOR® Sweepstakes!

Each year, one area REALTOR® will pry the lid off a paint can to win a $10,000 bonus thanks to Ernest Homes’ Color of Money Sweepstakes. In addition, three $500 bonuses will be offered at the annual awards luncheon at First City Club of Savannah.

Bonus Program Rules:

Only licensed area REALTORS® may participate, and any bonus prizes and commissions are paid to a REALTOR’s® broker-in-charge for distribution. Simply show, sell and close on Ernest homes Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2007. We’ll invite all REALTORS® with a closing to our annual luncheon.

At the luncheon, each participating REALTOR® selects one sealed paint can for each Ernest home closed in 2007. Multiple closings earns multiple chances to win. One paint can contains a $10,000 bonus. Three others contain $500 each.
