Tony Sardinas
New Homes Consultant

Tony Sardinas Jr. earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in 1990. He began his career as a stockbroker for Charles Schwab. In 2000, Tony earned a Florida Real Estate license, which he placed with Re/Max, one of the fasting growing real estate franchises across the world. He worked as office manager for Re/Max in Orlando, where he applied his people skills to motivate, organize and train their employees and agents. During his real estate career Tony has assisted clients in both selling and buying properties. He has been property manager of various large family trusts, utilizing his real estate and management talents to locate, negotiate, purchase, renovate and lease investment properties.

In 2012, Ernest Signature Custom Homes and Liz & Associates Realty were pleased to have Tony join their Sales and Marketing staff. He is now one of their top selling on-site agents. Tony works eagerly for Ernest Homes and their clients by insuring the best possible buying experience. Client satisfaction is his number one goal.

Jessica Miles
V.P. of Operations

Jessica Miles has been employed with Ernest Signature Custom Homes since 1992. She is the eldest daughter of Ernest and Beth Williams. Jessica began her career at Ernest Homes as an administrative assistant. She has worked in the accounting, purchasing, estimating, and sales departments. She is currently the Vice President of Operations for Ernest Signature Custom Homes overseeing the day to day operations of the company. Jessica is a licensed Realtor with Liz & Associates. She is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, and the Homes Builders Association of Greater Savannah. Jessica maintains a healthy balance between her position at Ernest Signature Custom Homes and spending time with her daughters, Sierra and Dakota, and other family members. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill. When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and boating.

Beth Williams-Holley

As Co-Founder and President of Ernest Signature Custom Homes, Beth Williams-Holley takes great pride in contributing to the continual success and growth of Ernest Signature Custom Homes. Currently she mentors, guides and consultants with hers and Ernest's daughters, Jessica Miles and Stephanie Carter as they oversee the day-to-day operations of the family's homebuilding business. Beth continues as the CEO of Ernest Communities and Liz and Associates Realty to purchase, develop, and sell lifestyle communities for their homebuilding enterprise. She is a licensed residential and light commercial general contractor with the state of Georgia.

Beth is a believer in life-long education. In 2004 at age 45, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Armstrong Atlantic University with minors in Mathematics and Psychology. In 2007, she earned a Master degree in Human Relations from Liberty University.

As an advocate for education in the workplace and particularly the homebuilding industry, Beth formed the first Education Committee for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Savannah. One of Beth's endeavors was developing unified Builder-REALTORĀ® relations through education and teamwork. She was honored in January 2005 to accept an appointment from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to serve as chairperson for the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and a member of (NAHB) Executive Board of Directors.

Locally, Beth was the founding President of the Bryan County Chapter of the Home Builders Association. In 2007, Beth was installed as the first woman President of the HBA of Greater Savannah. In 2012 The HBA awarded her with the prestigious Hall of Fame Award for her lifetime of dedication to the homebuilding industry and their association. She is a licensed REALTORĀ®, a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

Beth is a member of the First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill, where she has taught Sunday school and worked as a committee member to raise funds for the growing Church's building infrastructures. Since the passing of her long time husband and business partner, Ernest Williams, Beth has remarried to Gary Holley of Savannah. She has three adult children Jessica Miles, Stephanie Carter, and Christopher Williams. She is the proud grandmother of five grandchildren: Alyssa Carter, Haiden Carter, Sierra Miles, Dakota Miles, and Liam Taylor-Williams. She and Gary live in Richmond Hill and enjoy traveling, boating and spending time with the family.

Stephanie Lewis
Director of Customer Service

Stephanie Lewis is the youngest daughter of Ernest Williams and Beth Williams Holley. While in high school she worked in the family business as a filing clerk and new home cleaning custodian. In 2001, Stephanie began working full time as an administrative assistant. Since then, she has worked and cross trained the accounting, purchasing, estimating and sales departments.
In 2008, Stephanie accepted the position of Construction Facilitation Coordinator with Citi Trends, a national company retail company. Working in their Real Estate department she was responsible for the construction, renovation, maintenance, and leasing of over 500 stores across the United States.
In 2011, Stephanie eagerly returned to the family business to dedicate her talents, training and experience. She is currently the Director of Customer Services for Ernest Signature Custom Homes where she oversees, the Design Center, Model Home Merchandising, Quality Control and the Warranty departments. In 2013, Stephanie's design and merchandising of the Ernest Homes Greybeard model at Belmont Glen was recognized with the first place award in overall design by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.
Stephanie is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. She has two wonderful children daughter Alyssa and a son Haiden. When not working she enjoys being with her family, reading and being on the water.

David Millek
Director of Construction

David earned his license as an Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic while serving in The United States Army. In 2001, he redirected his talents in management and construction from aircraft to residential homes by joining the management team at Ernest Signature Custom Homes. As the Director of Construction, David Millek oversees the day to day building development, procedures and processes for Ernest Homes. He is a very hands-on person who respects and enjoys the craftsmen and vendors that assist him in the home building processes. He takes great pride in each Ernest home built and is grateful to every client who entrusts him and the Ernest team with their new home investment.

David served as a volunteer firefighter for Bryan County. He was born and raised in Paw Paw Michigan which gives him a greater appreciation for the coastal living of Richmond Hill, Georgia. David enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, 3 children and 2 granddaughter's.
