With your financing secured, you’re one step closer to your Design Studio session, where you’ll begin selecting the finishes and details that truly make your house feel like home.

This is the fun part! At the Ernest Homes Design Studio, you’ll meet one-on-one with a professional Design Consultant to select your cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, and more.

With expert guidance and a wide range of thoughtfully curated options, you’ll choose the finishing touches that reflect your personal style and make your new home feel uniquely yours from the very beginning.

With your plans finalized and selections complete, our team gets to work behind the scenes preparing your home for construction. This includes engineering, permitting, scheduling, and coordinating every detail needed to move forward.

While this phase may be less visible, it’s one of the most important—ensuring your new Ernest home is built efficiently, correctly, and with the quality you expect.
