Whether it’s early morning, during your lunch break, or evening hours, you can now tour select Ernest homes when it's most convenient for you—no appointment, no pressure, and no need to rearrange your day. Home shopping has never been this easy.
Now you can enjoy private self-tours of new homes ready for you to explore. And you can do it whenever it works best for you.
How It Works
With our self-guided tours, you’re in control. You can explore beautiful Ernest homes privately, easily, and at your own pace. Ready to take a look? It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1 | Choose A Home. Search our collection of new homes ready to tour today. Keep an eye out for new homes to add as they become available.
Step 2 | Select A Time. Working late? Running errands? Coordinating with your spouse? No worries! Register and reserve a time to visit that works best for you and enjoy a private self-tour.
Step 3 | Get Your Entry Code. Once you’ve chosen a home, or homes, you’ll receive a digital code to unlock the front door. Your code will expire after your scheduled tour time.
Low-Pressure Touring Experience
We love our realtors and sales agents, but for some people, having them around while touring a home can add some pressure. Our self-guided tours offer a way to tour privately and really take in the experience of what it might be like to own and live in the home.
