Frequently Asked Questions
Locations & Communities
Finding the right place to build or buy a new home is about more than choosing a floor plan. The community, location, and homesite you choose can have just as much impact on how you enjoy your home as the home itself.
Ernest Homes builds new homes in the greater Savannah area, with communities in Richmond Hill in Bryan County and Guyton in Effingham County. Each community offers its own combination of home styles, homesites, amenities, and surroundings.
If you prefer to build outside one of our communities, we may also be able to build on your own land in select areas. Whether you're comparing communities, choosing a homesite, or considering building on your own land, we're here to help you explore your options and find the right place to call home.
