Honoring Those Who Serve: Ernest Homes’ Hometown Heroes Program
One of the things we value most about building high-quality new homes in Coastal Georgia is the opportunity to support the people who support our community every day. At Ernest Homes, we proudly recognize the many ways individuals serve — whether protecting, educating, healing, or supporting families.
Our Hometown Heroes Program was created as a sincere “thank you” to these dedicated professionals. Savannah, Richmond Hill, Guyton, and the surrounding areas are home to military families, first responders, law enforcement officers, firefighters, teachers, and healthcare workers who put others first every single day.
What Is the Hometown Heroes Program?
Eligible heroes receive a 2% discount off the price of an Ernest home at contract signing. This savings is our way of acknowledging your commitment, sacrifice, and service to our community.
Eligible professions include:
- Active-duty military and veterans
- Law enforcement officers
- Firefighters and EMS personnel
- Public and private school teachers
- Healthcare professionals
This discount is available across all Ernest Homes communities throughout Chatham, Bryan, and Effingham counties.
