The Sunbury Floor Plan – Single-Story Living with a Bonus Room
The exceptional curb appeal of our unique Sunbury model made this home the focal point of any street. A charming central mini-garden could be used for flowers, ornamental shrubs, or fragrant herbs, accenting a striking window arrangement flanked by a generous two-car garage on one side and a distinctive double roofline on the other.
Spacious, Stair-Free Layout
Entirely on one story, this 4-bedroom, approximately 2,101-square-foot home was ideal for families who preferred stair-free living but still wanted plenty of room to spread out. An extended front porch option enlarged the entry and created a welcoming first impression for guests.
Flexible Bonus Room Options
One of the Sunbury’s most popular features was its optional bonus room. Available with or without its own bath, this flexible space was perfect for extended family members such as grandparents, grown children, or long-term guests. The added privacy and versatility made the Sunbury a standout choice for modern multi-generational living.
Thoughtful Kitchen & Living Spaces
The formal dining room and great room off the covered entry were graced with ten-foot ceilings and a thoughtful central location, making them the heart of the home. A charming breakfast room offered casual dining space, while an open patio provided an inviting spot for grilling or outdoor entertaining.
The kitchen included many of today’s most sought-after features: energy-efficient appliances, a convenient pass bar, and a circular, space-saving layout that allowed you to “cook in the round.” With the sink, stove, refrigerator, and cabinets all within easy reach, meal prep was quick and efficient.

The primary bedroom featured a cozy sitting area and a luxury bath with a garden tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and generous walk-in closets. Whether getting ready for the day or unwinding in the evening, homeowners enjoyed plenty of space for relaxation and privacy.

A standard second full bath and three additional bedrooms completed the design, providing ample space for family members and guests.
