Bradley Point South once stood out as one of Savannah’s most exciting planned communities. Located on the Southside of Savannah and perched along the scenic Ogeechee River Valley, this neighborhood was designed to blend seamlessly with the coastal landscape. Residents enjoyed peaceful surroundings, convenient amenities, and easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and the area’s military bases.
With miles of bike- and walking-friendly areas, nearby coastal marshes, and historic Fort McAllister just a short drive away, Bradley Point South offered the perfect balance of nature and convenience. The community became known for its friendly atmosphere, sense of safety, and well-maintained sidewalks and shared spaces.
Its resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse, and children’s playground added even more appeal, creating a welcoming environment for families and active homeowners. Situated within the Savannah-Chatham County School District, the community also provided access to local Magnet and IB programs, including Windsor Forest High School.
Although Ernest Homes no longer builds in Bradley Point South, we continue to offer beautiful new homes across the greater Savannah area.
