The Dogwood has long been one of Ernest Homes’ most loved and enduring designs. While some of the communities mentioned in earlier versions of this post — including White Oak Village, Rabun Estates, Dunham Marsh, and Arbors Circle at Godley Station — have since sold out, the Dogwood’s thoughtful design and classic appeal continue to inspire many of our modern layouts today.

With 2,435 square feet, four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a mudroom, and a dedicated study, the Dogwood was crafted for everyday living. An open-concept great room connected seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, creating the perfect space for meals, movie nights, and gatherings. Upstairs, the Dogwood featured a comfortable owner’s suite with a generous walk-in closet, dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
