One of the hottest new floor plans formerly offered by Ernest Homes, the gracious, spacious Melbourne captured the attention of buyers looking for new construction in Savannah, GA. This roomy 4,250 sq. ft. home features five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a two-car garage, and an optional covered porch. With more than enough personal space to welcome growing families, multi-generational households, and extended families, the Melbourne offered the ideal layout for those who wanted room to spread out.
One of the most unique design features of this home was the dual master bedroom/master bath layout. With a master suite on both the first and second floors, caring for aging parents was a breeze. It was also ideal for an adult child living at home or for homeowners who preferred additional privacy. Each bath offered standard and optional layouts, allowing buyers to personalize their oasis with dual vanities, garden tubs, tile floors, and upgraded countertops.
