One of the standout features of the Wakefield was its option for beautiful arched passageways between main living areas—adding architectural interest and Southern charm. Exterior personalization options included brick or stucco veneer, multiple window styles, and optional decorative masonry.

Two optional built-in entertainment centers and a fireplace made the great room the central hub of the home. From here, the living space extended outdoors to a standard patio or optional covered porch—perfect for relaxing evenings or weekend grilling.
Functional Features That Make Life Easier
The two-car garage provided direct access through the laundry room, with an optional exterior door and stoop for added convenience. Altogether, the Wakefield offered 2,273 square feet of elegant, efficient one-story living.
